Ghomes.dk provides full rental of properties and apartments. While listings may sometimes be described with terms such as <\/span>holiday home<\/span>, <\/span>apartment<\/span>, or <\/span>room<\/span> on third-party booking platforms, you will always have access to the entire property or apartment when booking directly with us.<\/span><\/h3>

Your rental includes access to all installations and utilities such as electricity, water, heating, internet, kitchen facilities, and bathroom. Each listing includes a floor plan image to clearly indicate the space you are renting.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    For your convenience, each accommodation includes the following essential items upon arrival:<\/span><\/p>

    • One roll of toilet paper<\/span><\/li>
    • One bedsheet per registered guest<\/span><\/li>
    • One towel per registered guest<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Additional Supplies<\/b><\/h3>

      All homes are equipped with standard kitchen and bathroom facilities. Please note that only the items listed above are included as part of your rental agreement.       Cleaning<\/strong>
      A mandatory cleaning fee applies to every rental period. This fee is always specified in your rental contract prior to booking and payment, ensuring full transparency.
      Please note that cleaning covers standard cleaning after check-out<\/strong>, such as vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. It does not<\/strong> include tidying up personal belongings or removing trash left outside of the designated bins.<\/p>

      Additional Services & Fees<\/strong><\/p>

      • Extra Guests<\/strong> \u2013 Each additional guest beyond the number stated in your booking may incur a nightly surcharge.<\/p><\/li>

      • Pets<\/strong> \u2013 Bringing pets is only permitted in select accommodations and requires prior approval. An additional cleaning and service charge applies.<\/p><\/li>

      • Children & Babies<\/strong> \u2013 Children and infants are welcome. Upon request, we can provide extra services such as baby cots, high chairs, or child-friendly amenities. Some of these services may carry an additional fee.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        All additional services and related charges will be clearly communicated and must be agreed upon before your stay.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        • Pets

          No pets<\/span> are allowed.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

        • Smoking <\/span>

          Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors<\/span> (including e-cigarettes). Violations will result in a <\/span>minimum fee of DKK 2,500<\/span>, charged directly to your registered payment method. <\/span>Smoking is also not permitted through windows.<\/span> <\/span> Guest Numbers<\/b> <\/b><\/span>The number of guests specified in your booking is the maximum allowed after <\/span>22:00 (10 PM)<\/span>. <\/span>Extra guests after 22:00 must be reported and will be charged <\/span>DKK 100 per person per night<\/span>. <\/span>Failure to notify us of extra guests will result in an additional fine of <\/span>DKK 500 per person<\/span>.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Guests under 28 years old booking for <\/span>more than 4 people<\/b> must pay a <\/span>deposit of DKK 2,000<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>
          • The deposit may be withheld for extra cleaning, damages, or breaches of house rules.<\/span><\/li>
          • If costs exceed the deposit, the balance must be paid immediately upon request.<\/span><\/li>

              Check-in and check-out times are specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to vacate on time may incur at least <\/span>one extra day\u2019s rental fee<\/b>, plus any costs associated with relocating the next guest.<\/span><\/p>
